MWS

With >$1.5M in yearly sales MWS' site is the biggest I currently manage.

I add products & categories, write custom CSS for new navigation elements, implement requested changes to the design and do SEO work as needed.  We're working on a total site-wide redesign right now with a new shopping cart and backend (to tie into Quickbooks), and in the meanwhile, I'm transitioning some changes into the current design to help ease users' transitions.
